This course turns career intention into career action. From crafting a resume that passes recruiter filters to pitching a business idea with a full financial model, each module builds a concrete, usable output that learners carry into the real world. It is designed for people who are ready to move beyond exploring and start doing.

What you will learn:

  • How to build a resume that works, structured for ATS filters and human readers alike, with role-relevant keywords, quantified outcomes, and a LinkedIn profile that signals purpose and capability to recruiters within seconds
  • The inner capabilities that sustain a career in a fast-changing field, including growth mindset, design thinking (empathise, define, ideate, prototype, test), and practical tools to counter impostor syndrome and diagnose root causes before rushing to solutions
  • How to connect what you already know to where you want to go, using a personal SWOT analysis to map skill gaps, set SMART goals, choose the right training pathways, and build a living network of mentors, peers, and professional communities
  • What it actually takes to perform well in interviews for energy transition roles, including the STAR method for behavioural answers, sector-specific question practice covering HSE, stakeholder engagement and project logistics, and mock interview rounds with structured feedback
  • How to turn an idea into a viable venture, using PESTEL analysis, the Business Model Canvas, and concise business plan drafting to validate need, model revenue, and deliver a persuasive pitch with crisp problem-solution storytelling and traction evidence

The course “Foundations of Sustainability” is part of the broader “Get Into Energy Transition” learning pathway co-developed by Schneider Electric and INCO Academy, available on the Skill Our Future Learning Platform.
